Onyxia's Lair
The Onyxia's Lair Attunement is long!  You must be at least lvl 56 to complete the attunement

Steps:
1. Dragonkin Menace
[Burning Steppes (Morgan's Vigil) - Helendid Riverhorn]
kill some Dragonkin just outside of Morgan's Vigil, go back to quest-giver to turn it in

2. The True Masters (this has many parts)
part 1 - deliver message to Magistrate Solomon in Lakeshire
part 2 - Magsitrate sends you to SW, go to the keep and talk to Lord Bolovar (man to the right of the king)
part 3 - talk to the lady to the left of the king, then Bolovar again, he sends you back to Lakshire
part 4 - talk to the Magistrate again
part 5 - go back to Morgan's Vigil and talk to Marshal Maxwell who tells you to find Ragged John
part 6 - talk to Ragged John, he is just outside of the cave to the North of the ruins in Burning Steppes.  DO NOT pick up the Mother's Milk quest, just talk to him

3. Marshall Windsor
Now you have to go to Black Rock Depths (BRD) and find Marshall Windsor.  He is in the cell at 4:00 in the Detention Block.  Talk to him.

4. Abandoned Hope
Deliver Windsor's message to Marshall Maxwell in Morgan's Vigil.  The quest line will end here!  Go back to BRD and kill those harmless slave guys until you pick up a Crumpled Note.  Read the note.

5. A Crumpled Note
Deliver this note to Marshall Windsor.

6. A Shred of Hope
Windsor needs you to get the pieces of info from 2 bosses in BRD.  You will need the Shadowforge Key for this or a Rogue. 

Shadowforge Key - you must be dead to get the quest for the key.  Pick up a quest called Dark Iron Legacy from a dead dwarf on the floating island (were you walk down chains).  Talk to him a couple of times and he will give you a quest for the key.

The bosses are in the West Garrison & Manufactory.  You need the key to open a door on the bridge between the East & West Garrisons.  Kill the bosses and return to Windsor.

7. Jail Break!
Now you have to escort Windsor out of the detention block.  If you have killed everything on the way in, you will be in better shape.  He does open all the remaining cell doors on his way out so be careful!  He picks up his armor from one cell and then helps fight.

8. Stormwind Rendevouz
Go out on the bridge in front of SW and talk to the guy.  There will be no question mark, just find him.  He's on the left if you are headed out of SW.  Meet with Windsor and talk to him.

9.  The Great Masquerade
Follow Windsor to SW Keep.  When you are outside of the keep, he stops.  Talk to him again and let him know you are ready.  Follow him inside.  He will talk to the Lady next to the king - she is ONYXIA!  Once she turns into Onyxia - get out of the way!  Let the guards take care of it.
Once everything is dead.  Loot the Dragon's Eye.

10. The Dragon's Eye
The item starts the quest.  Go to Winterspring and go to Mazthoril (cave in the west edge, if you look at the southern road, there is a short road to the west.  It's that cave).  The cave is loaded with Wyrmkin.  Kill or corpse-hop your way through the cave until you find a blue rune on the floor.  Stand in the rune and it will port you to the mountain top.  Talk to Haleh.

11. Drakefire Amulet
This is the last step.  Go to Upper Black Rock Spire (UBRS) and kill General Drakkisath.  Take the blood you loot back to the lady in Winterspring.  She will give you the Amulet - you are now Attuned.

Molten Core
Must complete the quest: Attunement to the Core
Level: Level 55 to obtain
Location: Black Rock Mountain
Contact: Lothos Riftwaker (elf at entrance to BRD)
Goal: Retrieve a core fragment from outside the Molten Core instance portal in BRD

Soloable after lvl 60!

Blackwing Lair
First, you must kill the Scarshield Quartermaster in Blackrock Spire. He's located just outside of the instance for UBRS. After you kill him, he drops Blackhand's Command, which starts the quest. Take a group into UBRS and kill General Drakkisath. Brand your hand on the orb behind Drakkisath and gain the attunment to Blackwing Lair.

Karazhan
This is a long and difficult attunement with many steps.
1. Arcane Disturbances & Restless Activity
Deadwind Pass (Archmage Altrus)
In the village there are 2 staircases which lead down into the cellar. Use the Violet Scrying Crystal at both water sources and return to the Archmage. You should easily finish the 2nd quest while doing the first.

2. Contact from Dalaran
Report to Archmage Cedric on the northern part of Dalaran (this is the pink bubble in Alterac Valley)

3. Khadgar
Head to Shattrath City and talk to Khadgar in the middle of the Terrace of the Light (the center with the portals).

4. Entry into Karazhan
Shadow Labyrinth - the 1st key frag is found in a container after the final boss. An elite elemental will spawn when you open the container. Kill the elemental, he drops the fragment.

5. The Second and Third Fragments
Steamvault - the 2nd frag is located in a pool of water near the Hydromancer Thespia. It is possible to solo if you can stealth and kill the elite elemental for the fragment.
Arcatraz - the 3rd frag is at the top of the stairs right before Zereketh the Unbound's room.
Return to Khadgar.

6. The Master's Touch
COT1 Old Hillsbrad - you must complete this dungeon to gain access to COT2 Black Morass
COT2 Black Morass - complete the portal opening and get the Restored Apprentice Key from Medivh

7. Return to Khadgar
You now have the key.

Zul'Aman
Goto the the Lower City of Shat and across from Grok is the quest.  You pick it up from the guy with the expensive junk trinkets.

Head to Ghostlands - There is a portal in the north of Eastern Plaguelands to take you into the Ghostlands. 
Zul'Aman is across the bridge in the southeast corner.
